Attendance System

You can deal more efficiently with time attendance machines; and register attendance directly through the system, with the possibility of importing attendance data.

Rules for delay, overtime and absence

You can set more than one class for delay and specify deduction percentage (of net salary, total salary, or basic salary). In a similar way, you can classify overtime and specify the compensation for each overtime hour based on the total salary. You can also classify absence by percentage.

Leave Balance

The system allows you to define leaves and specify the value for each leave based on salary, and calculate employee's leave balance from the date of appointment in accordance with the leave policy and official holidays and feasts.

Attendance System Reports

Shifts

You have the choice to define more than one shift and set the end and start time, and the minimum and maximum limit of attendance for each shift; together with allocating the employee to a basic shift and tracking the employee’s attendance on various shifts.

Payroll System

You can avoid the risk of inaccurate or delayed salary disclosures, inaccurate or delayed tax and insurance compliance reports by using a system you can rely on.

Definition of Entitlement and Deduction System

Possibility of defining all salary items for the establishment with entitlement nature (basic salary, variable salary, ...) specifying the calculation method (value – equation consisting of multiple items). The ability to define the effects of entitlement documents (bonuses, grants...) specifying the calculation method (according to any item from salary components). Cost Centers

Extract the cost of wages and salaries on cost centers, taking into account the transfer of some employees to more than one cost center during the month.

Employee’s Register

Warning and Reminding System "Alerts

This feature enables you to place a reminder note on any cell containing a date, such as a contract termination date, with the possibility to specify the time period before the generation of the reminder, as well as to update the reminder (delaying the reminder / adding a note to it).
